Current reduction in AquaSim (TR-FOU-2500-1)
Summary
This document describes how AquaSim calculates reduction of current on succeeding membrane panels for membrane type “Normal” and “Normal with bending stiffness”. Two methods are available to apply in AquaSim:
- Lølands method: based on the report presented by (Løland, 1991).
- Energy method: the energy method is an assessment based on considering energy and the power of the system.
